ScoobyPaw AI is a free AI pet care assistant and pet parent app made by Scoobycares, an Indian veterinary clinic software company. Pet parents ask questions about their dog, cat or other pet, see their pet's records from every Scoobycares clinic they visit, find vets near them and book clinic, online or home visits.

Is there an AI for pets?

Yes. ScoobyPaw AI (scoobypawai.scoobycares.com) is an AI assistant for pet parents. It answers questions about pet care and, for pets registered at a Scoobycares clinic, answers from the pet's own vet records - for example the next vaccine due, what the doctor said at the last visit, or which medicines were prescribed.

Can AI tell me if my pet is sick?

No AI should replace a veterinarian. ScoobyPaw AI does not diagnose or prescribe. It explains your pet's records, gives general pet-care guidance and tells you the warning signs that need a vet. In an emergency - poisoning, breathing trouble, seizures, heavy bleeding or collapse - contact a vet straight away.

Is there a free app for pet parents in India?

ScoobyPaw AI is free for pet parents and works in any phone browser, with nothing to install. You pay your vet clinic only for the visits and services you book.

Which languages does ScoobyPaw AI understand?

English, Kannada, Hindi, Marathi, Urdu, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Punjabi, Spanish and Turkish. You can type in your own script or in English letters (like Kannada or Hindi typed in English), or speak, and choose the language ScoobyPaw replies in.

How do I find a vet near me?

On ScoobyPaw AI, open Find a vet and search by area, city or pincode, or allow your location to see the closest Scoobycares clinics first. You can filter for clinics that offer online consultations or home visits.

Can I book an online vet consultation or a home visit?

Yes, with Scoobycares clinics that offer them. ScoobyPaw AI shows which doctors do online consultations or home visits and opens the clinic's booking form with your pet's details filled in.

Can my new vet see my pet's old records?

Only if you allow it for that clinic, and only from clinics that have chosen to share their records. Otherwise you can open any report in ScoobyPaw AI and download it to show your vet.

Is my pet's data private?

Each clinic sees the records it created. Another clinic sees your pet's history only with your permission. Scoobycares handles personal data under its Privacy Policy, follows India's IT Act, and has a Grievance Officer you can contact.

My vet isn't on Scoobycares. Can I still use ScoobyPaw AI?

Yes. You can ask general pet-care questions and find Scoobycares clinics near you. Your pet's records appear in ScoobyPaw AI when your clinic uses Scoobycares.

I'm a vet. How do I get my clinic on ScoobyPaw AI?

Create your clinic account on Scoobycares (scoobycares.com) - new clinics get a 60-day free trial. Once your clinic is approved, switch on "Show my clinic in Find a vet" in Clinic Information and add your branch location. Pet parents can then find your clinic, see your doctors and book clinic visits, online consultations or home visits with you.

I'm a vet. What will ScoobyPaw AI tell my patients' pet parents?

ScoobyPaw answers first from the records your clinic writes and from your clinic's own FAQ answers, and says so. General pet-care advice is labelled as AI. It never diagnoses or prescribes, and for anything urgent it tells the pet parent to contact your clinic. Pet parents ask fewer repeat questions because your notes are right there for them.

I'm a vet. Do other clinics see my records?

Only if you choose to. In Clinic Information you decide whether your clinic shares its records with other Scoobycares vets, and even then only for pets whose parents allow it.
